Products
What products do you mainly supply?
We mainly organize manhole covers, frames, drainage gratings, trench covers, custom utility castings, pipe and inspection support products.
What information is needed for a cover quotation?
Drawing or photo, clear opening, outer frame size, load class, marking text, quantity, application and destination port are enough to start.
Are you a factory or trading company?
The public site should present ChenXing as a real supplier with company documents and product evidence. Final wording should follow verified company materials.
What material is used for manhole covers?
Ductile iron is the main direction for core covers. Grey iron or other materials can be reviewed when requested, but grades should be confirmed by order documents.
Customization
Can we cast our logo or utility wording?
Yes. Logo, WATER, SEWER, STORM, TELECOM and municipal wording can be treated as normal RFQ inputs after drawing review.
Can you make custom logo or wording?
Yes. Logo, city names, WATER, SEWER, STORM, TELECOM and project wording can be reviewed with drawings, artwork and quantity.
Does customization always require a new mold?
Not always. It depends on size, structure, artwork complexity, quantity and whether an existing mold can be used.
Standards
How should buyers choose C250 or D400?
Choose by traffic environment first. Sidewalk, curb, road lane, industrial yard and heavy loading applications should not use the same assumption.
Can you make D400 covers?
D400 can be discussed as a project requirement, but final confirmation depends on drawing, structure, application area and available evidence.
Can you produce according to EN124?
EN124 can be used as a selection direction. A certificate or report claim should only be published when the actual public document is confirmed.
Delivery
What affects lead time?
Tooling, quantity, coating, inspection, packing, shipment plan and whether the product uses an existing mold all affect lead time.
How are heavy cast iron products packed?
Packing is confirmed by product size, weight, quantity and destination. Pallets, strapping, wrapping and labels can be discussed by order.
RFQ
Can attachments be uploaded from the website?
Please submit the basic RFQ first. Drawings and photos should be sent by email or WhatsApp after submission.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Product type, drawing or photos, dimensions, load direction, marking, quantity, application area and destination are recommended.
Can you quote if I only have old cover photos?
Photos can start a review, but clear opening, outer frame size, thickness and installation area are still needed for reliable matching.
